Where the Fussiness Comes From
HVAC Financing Marblehead grew out of a simple frustration. Too many heat pumps go in sized off the old boiler's nameplate, with line sets slapped across the front of the house and controls nobody explains. The owner ends up with a system that works on paper and annoys them in practice: a cold upstairs, a noisy head in the wrong spot, a remote left in a drawer.
So we built the work around the opposite habits. Measure every room before choosing equipment. Plan the line routes before drilling a hole. Protect the floors, seal the penetrations and clean up as if we lived there. Walk the owner through every control before calling the job done.
The paperwork gets the same attention. Marblehead's light department runs its own heat pump rebate, which trips up a lot of people used to hearing about Mass Save. We work out which programs fit each address, choose equipment to meet them and handle the forms, so the owner never has to chase them.
