Heat Pumps in Marblehead and Nearby Towns
Marblehead first, plus Swampscott, Salem, Lynn, Nahant, Beverly and more nearby.
Besides Marblehead itself, our crews regularly work in Swampscott, Salem, Lynn, Nahant, Beverly, Peabody, Danvers, Saugus, Revere and Lynnfield. The housing changes from street to street. Old colonials near the water, capes and ranches inland, two-families and triple-deckers in the bigger towns. So do the utilities. Marblehead, Peabody and Lynnfield draw power from municipal light plants, each with a heat pump incentive of its own, while most neighbors are billed by a Mass Save electric utility. We sort out what applies to each address before planning anything.
Light plant or Mass Save
Which rebates fit depends on who supplies your electricity and gas. We check both before quoting anything.
Every kind of old house
Narrow colonials, capes, two-families and triple-deckers each need their own layout and routing.
Same crew, same care
From Nahant to Danvers, (351) 200-9766 gets you the same people and the same tidy installs.

How We Work From Town to Town
The approach stays the same from one town to the next. Every house gets a phone conversation, a home visit with room-by-room sizing and a written proposal that shows equipment, placement, price and the incentives we expect to apply for.
What changes is the program side. In Marblehead, Peabody and Lynnfield the light plant's own rebate leads, and the HEAT Loan depends on a Mass Save gas account. In Salem, Lynn, Beverly and most other neighbors, Mass Save programs apply directly. We check the utilities for each address first, so the plan fits the programs that are actually available.
